Due to the current situation, FG’s are adopting a digital approach to car sales with a focus on providing you with as much info as possible remotely – that means more photos, in-depth walk around videos, copies of vehicle history checks and service history, all sent via email or WhatsApp. Finance can easily be arranged from the comfort of your own home using ‘Self Serve’ technology, you can view, amend and apply for finance directly via email with the support of lender base, again this can all be achieved remotely. Part exchanges can valued quite easily with photos exchanged via WhatsApp/email and a quick phone conversation.
